Homesite Selection
We assist you in locating a homesite that meets your needs – size, views, solar orientation, topography, traffic patterns, school districts and beyond. Homeowners engage us early in the process to assess sites under consideration. Together we can visualize where your home will be on the envelope, how to enjoy the best features and maximize the view corridors inherent with the topography of your land as well as discuss site preparation. If you need to purchase a lot, we can also assist you in finding and purchasing the perfect homesite.
Architecture Decision
Be it Modern, Traditional, Southwestern, Mid-Century, or Farmhouse — bring your design ideas or sketches and our architect will draw the elevation & floor plan that you envision. Our approach is to work from the inside out — focusing first and foremost on the livability, views and functionality of the floor plan from the homeowners’ point of view, then we move on to the exterior design aesthetic. At this stage, a simple design agreement is signed.
Interior Style
This is one of the most creative and enjoyable experiences for custom home buyers. Do you want an open floor plan, or separated spaces? Our integrated design process ensures that each project is conceived, analyzed, planned while keeping budgetary goals in mind. Custom Pricing
Every nut & bolt factors into your budget. When your preliminary floor plan and elevation is agreed upon, we can prepare a preliminary budget. This pricing includes all permits and fees as well as custom quality interior features. Your personal finishes can be further customized with change orders wherever required and will receive a thorough price based on the changes.

We use an innovative and comprehensive approach providing client-friendly communications, whether it’s the footings, framing, or mechanicals, or any aspect in the construction journey. We try our best to adhere to the agreed upon timelines, unless the delay is caused by an act of god, labor strikes or any other conditions not caused by the contractor or beyond the control of the contractor. We always believe that time is of essence for any contract and try to keep the deadlines as tight as possible in order to get you moved in on schedule
New Home Delivery
Your new home is presented to you upon completion of construction after our quality control check. There will be a homeowner’s orientation, with a home walk through where we answer any questions you may have. We provide warranties and follow-up services to ensure we exceeded your expectations in every way. Welcome home!
